世帯所得が年２００万円に満たない人は、比較的高い収入のある人に比べて野菜を食べる量が少なかったり、運動の習慣がなかったりと、生活に問題がある傾向があることが、厚生労働省が３１日公表した国民健康・栄養調査で分かった。

　調査は国民の食事や生活習慣を把握するために毎年行われ、今回は初めて所得との関係を調べた。厚労省は「低所得者には生活を改善する時間的余裕がないとの指摘がある。これまでは健康増進のために個人の行動を変えようとしてきたが、今後は社会環境の整備も必要だ」としている。
