・そのため、今後の日本の産業界の牽引車と目されるインターネット業界自体の健全な発展を歪める恐れがあり、また、ひいては消費者の選択肢を狭めるという点でも公益を害しており、そのような意味で極めて問題のある行為であること
・DeNAは、昨年12月、上記違法行為を取りやめる方針を示しながら、その一方で、それ以後もMobageでゲームを提供しているソーシャルゲーム提供事業者がGREEでもゲームを提供しようとすると、これを妨害していると思われること
