べろ回し体操のやり方
口を閉じて、舌を歯と唇の間を一周させるように運動させます。
これを左回りに20回、右回りに20回を1セットとして、1日に3セット行うと効果があります。
この体操は顔の筋肉の凝りをほぐしてゆがみを解消すること以外にも、次のような効果が期待できます。
①ほうれい線・二重あごの解消
舌を動かすと、口とあごのまわりの筋肉の血行が促進されるので、ほうれい線が薄くなり二重あごが解消される効果が期待できます。芸人の「シルクさん」は舌を動かすトレーニングを美容に使っています。
