“今回の東北太平洋大地震において浦安のディズニーランド東京はＴＶで放送された様に駐車場が液状化現象を起こしたのである。私はこの放送を見て内部の娯楽施設も被害を受けていると勝手に想像していたら、三井不動産に近い業者の方から、ディズニーランドの内部は大規模な地盤改良工事を行ったので娯楽施設は全く被害を受けていない事を聞いたのである。私の推測が当っているならば、三井不動産は浦安地区の住宅開発には地盤リスクがある事を認識し、積極的に取り組まなかったと思われる。特に、阪神・淡路大震災における神戸ポートアイランドの液状化を見たならば、浦安地区に関してもヤバイ事を想起した社員が居たと考えられる。野村不動産は優秀な人達が良い仕事を行っているが、残念ながら後発の悲しさで企業の歴史から作られるリスク認識は持っていないので仕方がないと思われる。” 阪神・淡路大地震の教訓が生かされなかった浦安の液状化 - 社長のごじゃっぺブログ
